This site, now in its 27th season, is a labour of love and fun from one of Ottawa's most avid time trialists and number crunchers. It adheres to and is permitted by the laws of Canada, promotes the objectives of every bicycle club whose results are shown, and is donated free of charge by myself for your enjoyment and usage. Nearly ideal conditions, save for a light breeze greeted our largest field ever; 46 riders, with seven riders from the ABC. All but two finished, and twenty-four Personal Best times were posted. Six riders posted sub-60 minute rides.

Webmaster notes: The forty-six people who pulled themselves out of bed for Sunday's ABC 40km TT benefitted from good conditions during the event and excellent refreshments afterwards, courtesy of participant and chef/caterer Bernard Durand (the Foodery). There were 40km gender bests set for the year by Michael Nash and Amanda Shaw as well as year category bests set for SEM (19-29) by Nicholas Newell, VBM (40-49) by Paul Datars, VBF by Sally Datars, VCF (50-59) by Ingrid Coney, VCM by Glen Budgell, and VDM (60-69) by Bram Moerman. Thirteen of the seventeen who rode today and at the 2006-Jun-04 40km TT, improved today. As well, eighteen of the thirty-eight people who had ridden a previous ABC 40km TT improved upon their previous ABC 40km TT database best. Again, it is interesting to look at the "consistency" of rider bests this year on this 40km course versus the OTT 15km course, and also between this 40km course and the ATT 15km course.
